At Love Liss, we want you to love your purchases. Due to very limited runs, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If you received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item(s) we sincerely apologise. Please contact us on lovee.liss333@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your order and please include the following:

Your order number
A description of the problem
Photo evidence of the fault or damage
Once this is reviewed and approved you will receive a full refund to the original payment method after the item has been returned and reviewed.

At this stage, we do not offer exchanges as we are a small brand and currently produce very limited runs, however we hope to offer exchanges in the future as we continue to grow.
